Returns of glasses or sunglasses made after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee. Direct Vision has the right to deny returns or exchanges, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of your prior transactions. Direct Vision is not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping but may cover this cost at the company’s discretion.
