We want you to feel confident and excited when ordering your eyewear with Direct Vision! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process, returns, and exchanges.
We’re committed to delivering your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. While we always aim for speedy delivery, there may be a few rare occasions where an order could be delayed. This could be due to high demand, special handling, or prescription verification. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you in the fastest time possible.
Once your product is in stock, we’ll ship it out within 1-2 business days, and you’ll receive it based on your chosen shipping method’s estimated delivery time. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but we’re here to keep you informed every step of the way!

Standard Shipping
$15 – Free if order is over $99.
Once frames / contact lenses are in stock it will then take 4-10 business days for shipping.
Express Shipping
$25
Once frames / contact lenses are in stock it will then take 1-3 business days for shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all eyewear. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Reach out via email at info@directvisioneyewear.com to request a return and provide the reason for your return request.
Prepare the Return
Once you receive return approval, ship the product back to us in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of your request. Returns sent after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
- If the item is returned after 14 days, a restocking fee may apply.
- Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, we will process it as a return and a new order will be required.
