What do I need to make a purchase?
You will need a valid prescription from your Optometrist, issued within the past two years.
How long does it take my order to ship?
We take pride in delivering the highest quality eyewear, so we won’t send it to you until it is perfect. We generally give 10-15 business days however you may receive your product sooner.

How do I make a return?
If you are unsatisfied with your glasses in any way, we offer a 14-day return policy following delivery of our products where you can ship them back to us. After that window we will only accept returns for manufacturer defects under warranty.
What is the product warranty?
Our products are guaranteed for one year for both the frame and the coatings. If you experience any issues please email us at info@directvisioneyewear.com and we will work together with you to understand and resolve your concerns.
What is ASAP delivery?
As we mentioned above, we give ourselves 10-15 business days to get your order perfect, that being said we are often faster than we anticipate so we will ship your order as soon as it is complete.

Do you offer a try at home service?
Instead of at home service, we offer a virtual try-on experience which is much faster than at-home try-on and offers similar results. If you are ever not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it for full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
How do I use virtual try on?
All of our frames that are virtual try-on compatible will have an icon beside them that will activate the VTO interface.

What different type of lenses do you offer?
We offer many different types of lenses, please click here to explore our lens catalogue.
Do you sell bi-focal, multi focal or progressive lenses?
Yes, we sell multi-focal and digital progressive lenses, with the option to choose a balanced design, a distance design, or a reading design. If you prefer regular bifocals, please email us at info@directvisioneyewear.ca and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Do you sell photochromic (Transition) Lenses?
Absolutely! All of our frames have the option of using Transition lenses for an additional fee!
Do you offer reading glasses?
Yes, all of our glasses can be manufactured with reading specific prescriptions.
